Bitter Neumann is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Delivery & Warehouse Team. You'll work alongside experienced team members delivering furniture, mattresses and appliances while learning valuable delivery, installation, warehouse and customer service skills.
No previous delivery, installation, warehouse experience or CDL required. If you're dependable, willing to work and eager to learn, we'll train you.

A Schedule You Can Count On
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional later days when deliveries require it
- One Saturday per month, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- No Sundays
- No overnight travel — home every night
What You'll Do
- Assist with delivering furniture, mattresses and appliances to customers' homes with friendly, respectful and professional service
- Safely load, unload, carry and protect merchandise
- Learn proper furniture handling and basic appliance installation procedures
- Help receive, organize, assemble, prepare and inspect merchandise in the warehouse
- Support customer pickups, transfers and other warehouse needs
- Keep trucks, equipment and work areas clean, safe and organized
Who We're Looking For
Experience isn't the most important thing to us. We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, treats customers and coworkers well, and wants to learn. If that's you, we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed.
- Shows up on time and maintains dependable attendance
- Works well as part of a team and communicates respectfully with coworkers and customers
- Able to safely lift anywhere from 25 lbs up to 450 lbs, (with equipment) in close proximity to a coworker
- Has reliable transportation to and from work, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
